I signed up an account with FatCow about a year ago and everything has been going pretty well… nothing major to complain about. But, then one day my site was down… OMG, i thought, what the hell did they do. I rapidly got on the phone with support – ready to yell; the phone was answered by a really cheery lady – which pissed me off evern more “how can you be this cheery when my (*(*&)$ site is down… ” Well over the next 30 mins, she (Danielle was her name) helped figure out what was wrong.. Even with me being irate, she was calm and professional. We figured out what happend… it seems that when I was making some site changes late the night before I published some bad Javascript code and it was causing my site to go to a 404 error – crap – insert foot in mouth…. Poor girl, it was my fault and I unloaded on her. She was awesome, and totally understanding and dang that chick knew her stuff. She had my site up and running before I could pull the foot out of my mouth… Thanks!…
The price is just right. However, I’m in direct control over our company’s expenses, so I could be overreacting. Here’s what I think: We’re paying good money for excellent service
